This 8 week Bible study is one of a series of studies developed on the model of DISCIPLE Bible study.  Meetings will be on Wednesday evenings beginning September 15, 2010.  6:00 - 8:00 pm.  Interested in joining?      

 

DISCIPLE Bible Study makes 3 assumptions:

1) People are hungry for God's word

2) People are looking for fellowship in prayer and study

3) People want biblically informed guidance in their ministry

 

This study will:

1) use the Bible as the primary text

2) call for daily preparation on the part of the students

3) feature a weekly meeting based on small group discussion

4) Includes a video component for making available the insights of biblical scholars to set the Scriptures in context

5) enhance your Christian discipleship.

 

Through daily study and note taking, weekly group discussions, and biblical scholarship, the participants' encounter with the Bible will call us to more faithful discipleship.
